BioBorn and bred in Philadelphia, just a short distance from where the movie Rocky was filmed, I'm a working-class kid turned wannabe intellectual -- or something like that. I spent my formative years hanging out with a wide assortment of roleplayers, comic book geeks, punks, metalheads, goths, and various other freaks, geeks, and slackers; I'm still friends with a number of them. I used to like to climb things, and I would climb just about anything that was put in front of me. I climb less these days, but I love thrill rides and jumping out of airplanes. I also like urban squalor and abandoned buildings. And movies. I love movies.
I'm currently serving a term in the Army, which has definitely been an interesting experience so far. There's a lot of stupid crap involved, which is to be expected, but it's mostly been pretty positive. I mean, I get paid to jump out of airplanes, which is awesome.
